During January, MasterCom UK took a further trip to Brazil to continue their IC45 Sugar business in Brazil with the Head of Operations being back in Sao Paulo securing further Sugar allocations for our growing client order book. During the trip, the Head of Operations was meeting with various suppliers for other areas of our Food sector to expand our opportunities within the market. During 2025, MasterCom UK have a huge focus on growing their food products to service clients and territories most in need.

As we close the page of 2024, MasterCom Holding UK have had a busy year working on our Food Sector primarily the Sugar and Meat functions.
The year ahead, will see MasterCom being more established in the Sugar market, as we grow our allocation of ICUMSA 45 Sugar to new heights, which will enable us to play a large part in the industry as a key supplier. MasterCom has spent many weeks out in Brazil during the year of 2024 growing the business and its future opportunities and we have an impending trip coming up this month in January 2025.
I would like to personally thank, all our past and current clients, a healthy and prosperous New Year and look forward to continuing business with you in 2025 and beyond.
Earlier in the year our President Mr. Ashraf Mohamed Ali, had spent time in Brazil working on and securing additional supply for our ongoing sales demand of ICUMSA 45 Sugar. Now, in the last quarter of 2024 (October), our Head of Operations travelled to Brazil on Mr. Ashraf’s behalf to continue the business to which she spent 10 days during October with our various suppliers and clients relating to our Food Business – Sugar, Fruit, Meat and Chicken.

The Head of Operations, Kelly Osborn flew to the USA to attend to business matters on behalf of MasterCom Group Holding on 20th May for 11 days. Kelly was visiting various clients and suppliers during her time in New York and Los Angeles. During her trip, further implementations of the structure of the LLCs was able to be put in place enabling our business to operate in the USA.

During the first 6 months of 2024, Mr. Ashraf Mohamed Ali, had spent time in Brazil and will be making further multiple trips in the second half of the year. MasterCom UK have seen an increase in its client order book since mid 2023, and a significant rise in demand of ICUMSA 45 Sugar has meant the trips to Brazil to be an upmost priority and essential part of our business growth. Additional volumes have been secured with Manufacturers, in addition to what has already been purchased and sold. Mr. Ashraf has also had the opportunity to meet with clients to assist the loading of their Goods onto Vessel. During the remaining part of 2024 in 2025 will see ICUMSA 45 Sugar being a large part of MasterComs business with some further plans being in the pipeline which will see MasterCom as a leading player in the market of trading Sugar.
Our additional contracts have now all been signed and underway to which supply is coming from the Top 4 Usina’s in Brazil.
During the time of 2023, MasterCom Group Holding have been building upon its original business plan and adapting itself to the current market needs by putting this in place for the year ahead in 2024. The year ahead, will see the Company’s focus being materialized within its Food and Beverage sector, largely growing the business and expanding on purchasing higher volumes of ICUMSA 45 Sugar and frozen food products to service our growing client portfolio.

Nour Water is set to be launched in 2023 under the company MasterCom UK Food & Beverage Ltd. The Food and Beverage company is hugely focusing on the development of their own products and using their own Brand “Nour”. Nour Brand was created by the President of MasterCom Group using the name of his youngest son. Over the years, the Brand has been growing which now has Nour Beef, Nour Chicken, Nour Sunflower Oil and with the most recent project underway Nour Water is launching next year. Also in the pipeline of expanding the Nour Brand we will be bringing to the market “Nour Wines”.
