In June 2024, MasterCom Holding UK Limited expanded its global footprint by establishing two wholly owned subsidiaries in the United States, incorporated in the states of Wyoming and Florida under the names MasterCom UK LLC.

Both U.S. entities are 100% owned by MasterCom Holding UK Limited, forming an integral part of the Group's strategic growth plan.

While the parent company in the UK continues to focus on the corporate function and local markets, the U.S. subsidiaries will specialise in the sale and purchase of a broader range of commodities including Copper (Cathodes, Ore, Concentrates and Cobalt), Zinc, Lead and the Food and Beverage markets, opening new channels for diversification and growth across international markets.

Looking ahead, the U.S. team will continue to expand through the latter part of 2025 and into 2026, as operations scale up to meet growing demand. We look forward to sharing further updates as we grow our presence across South America and Africa.
